No, our roll-off dumpster rentals do not include any type of cover or lid. We highly recommend using a tarp secured with bungee cords to cover the dumpster to help keep out unnecessary weight from precipitation and unwanted debris from nearby residents.
The price of a dumpster rental includes a one-time delivery and removal for the selected roll off dumpster, a disposal weight allowance, and a stated rental period. All waste will be disposed of in a fully approved and licensed disposal facility.

The 40 yard roll-off dumpster is approximately 8’ high, 8′ wide, and 22′ long. These measurements do not account for the space needed to open the dumpster door, which you should also consider when evaluating dumpster placement. In addition, because the walls of the dumpster are 8 feet high, it is difficult to load by throwing material over the top.
The 40 yard dumpster is typically loaded from above via a loading dock, by bobcat or excavator, or by walking materials in after opening the swing door at the end of the dumpster. This dumpster can hold 40 cubic yards of material, which is approximately 20 pickup truck loads.
Due to the massive size of the dumpster, we suggest finding a suitable area for delivery before placing your rental order. A space that is 10′ wide by 60′ long should be sufficient for delivery. If you are looking to place the dumpster in the street or on any public surface, you may also need to contact the relevant municipality for a permit.
